JSC “KURSK REGION MORTGAGE AGENCY” HAS REDUCED RATES ON MORTGAGE LOANS
Currently, a loan for housing under construction can be issued at a rate of 10.25% per annum. For large families, the rate is reduced to 10%. A loan for ready-made housing, on-lending, as well as a loan secured by existing housing – can be issued at a rate of 10.5% per annum.
