Kursk region is among regions with lowest investment risks

The Expert RA (RAEX) rating agency has prepared its 19th annual Investment Appeal Rating of Russian regions.
In 2014, the group of leaders combining the lowest investment risks with the highest capital investment opportunities includes Moscow region, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar Krai. Other regions with the lowest investment risk are the Republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, as well as Belgorod, Kursk, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Tula and Tambov regions.
